Sure they brought the control scheme back for some mini-games, but it wasnt as bad as the first Mario Party game. They are in bad shape already and getting themselves into more rubbish is not what they want, at all. The Wii U an 3DS control sticks are much more comfortable than the N64 Theres even Island Tour and StreetPass games that brought the control scheme back or you know, they could add an option to where you can turn them off.
People got their palms of their hands full of blisters, and Nintendo does not want to face that lawsuit again. The game has some mini-games where you have to rotate the control stick rapidly to stand a chance of winning those mini-games. Mario Party (1), however, will never see the light of the day. Mario Party 3 will come at some point, as well, even though it never got the Wii release for Wii Shop Channel.
